Historic House Relocation

In order to prepare the site for construction, Griffen-Drell, Owen, Mariposa, Serra and Rogers were relocated from the project site.

The Griffen-Drell and Owen structures were moved to an adjacent site fronting onto Lane A, directly opposite the future Munger Housing, Building 5. The relocation improvements will include enhanced landscaping and reconfiguration of Lane A to create a pedestrian oriented streetscape.

The Rogers, Mariposa, and Serra Houses were moved to a site adjacent to Tresidder parking lot. The three structures form a new complex of residential style buildings for non-residential use across from the Bechtel International Center.
