The Munger Graduate Residences project will construct 358 premium housing units for 600 graduate students. Additional elements of the project include a 1,187-stall, four-story underground parking garage, the restoration of the 143-stall Wilbur parking lot, and underground utility and roadway improvements.

- 5 buildings between 4 and 5 stories in height totaling 469,522 square feet of floor space.
- Luxury studios, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 4-bedroom residential units.
- Common spaces including a great hall, café/kitchen, meeting space, convenience store, and operational center for housing services.
- Buildings oriented around an open pedestrian plaza and landscaped walkways.
- A new 4-level, 1,187-stall parking structure located beneath the new turf at Wilbur Field that will support Munger residents, and other Stanford students, faculty and staff.
- Wilbur Lot was restored as a parking lot with 542 parking stalls.
- Intersection improvements were completed at Campus Drive East and Bowdoin Lane.
- Underground utilities were upgraded.
- Lane A was widened and the parking lot was reconfigured.
- Bowdoin Way was constructed to provide increased access to Stern Hall and the future Munger buildings.
- Griffen-Drell, Owen, Mariposa, Serra and Rogers were relocated from the project site.
- The Griffen-Drell and Owen structures were moved to an adjacent site fronting onto Lane A, directly opposite the future Munger Housing, Building 5. The relocation improvements will include enhanced landscaping and reconfiguration of Lane A to create a pedestrian oriented streetscape.
- The Rogers, Mariposa, and Serra Houses were moved to a site adjacent to Tresidder parking lot. The three structures form a new complex of residential style buildings for non-residential use across from the Bechtel International Center.
